Reviews and Ratings
I had an incredible stay at Tranquil Park with my family, enjoying breathtaking views and exceptional service. The staff genuinely went above and beyond to make our experience magical. The food at the restaurant was top-notch. However, I did notice that some rooms could use a little modernization, but overall, it was fantastic value for money.
The hotel offers stunning views of the Glasshouse Mountains and has a cozy atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, although a bit dated and lacking in decorations. The dining experience had great potential, but was let down by limited options during my stay. Overall, the value for money is fair, but some renovations would definitely enhance the experience.
I recently stayed at this resort and had mixed feelings about my experience. The views were absolutely stunning, and the staff was genuinely friendly and helpful. However, the condition of the room left much to be desired, with outdated furniture and cleanliness issues. The dining was also a letdown, as the food did not meet my expectations for the price. There are definitely some positives, but significant improvements are needed to make this place shine.
Overall, my stay was both delightful and disappointing at times. The breathtaking views and friendly service were definite highlights, but the room itself left much to be desired with its outdated amenities and cleanliness issues. While the location is perfect for exploring nearby attractions, the dining experience was marred by poor service and food quality. There’s a lot of potential here, but it feels like it needs some improvements to truly earn a great stay.
I had a mixed experience at the resort. The views were absolutely stunning and the staff was very warm and accommodating. However, the room felt outdated, and there were some issues with the amenities that took away from the overall experience. Still, the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions.
